Policy and Procedures

Scheduling and Visit Times: Scheduling is on a first come - first served basis, therefore please contact JB Security Services early to ensure desired services. If you have a time-of-day or day-of-week preference for visits, we will every effort to accommodate this. Otherwise, visits will always occur on scheduled dates, but time-of-day will be left to the discretion of JB Security Services.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation can be made up to 48 hours in advance of the first scheduled service. If less than 48 hours notice is given, a cancellation fee equal to one visit will be charged.

Payment: Payment is due in full upon receiving an invoice for services provided by JB Security Services. For long term vacationers and snowbirds, monthly invoices will be provided. We currently only accept cash or personal cheques.

Privacy: We do not disclose any client information to third parties. Also, keys are stored in our office safe when not in use and referenced only by a numbered tag. All Service Agreements are stored in our locked office filing cabinet.

Pet/Household Supplies: All pet food and supplies will be provided by the client.
